Discover how plants and animals defy gravity through flight in this artistic outdoor exhibit along the nature walkways in WildWoods. A variety of colorful and photo-inspiring sculptures of birds, bees, dragonflies, butterflies, dandelions, cattails, flying fish, bats and more highlight the native flora and fauna of our region while showcasing their ability to fly or glide. Along the way, you’ll learn about the properties of flight, how plants and animals have evolved to fly, how their physical traits support the ability to soar through the air, and more.
